Send your athletes a link to the Ultra Event Readiness & Risk Assessment that carries your logo and name — on the start page, at the top of their results, and on their PDF report — with a direct path back to you.
Get a Coach License →The tool itself stays the same: same ten checkpoints, same scoring, same sources. Every page still credits the framework and its author. This is a co-branded referral, not a white-label.
UERA runs entirely in the athlete’s browser. Nothing they answer is stored or sent anywhere, and that includes you. The link only chooses whose name and logo appear. You will not receive their answers, scores, or any tracking data.
If an athlete wants you to see their results, they can send you their PDF, or bring it to a session. That keeps the choice with them, and it is the same promise UERA makes to everyone who uses it.
Using UERA with your own coached athletes requires a coach license. Personal use stays free for athletes. Pricing and terms are the same ones shown in the tool’s License screen.
Use UERA with your own coached athletes, unlimited athletes, one coach. Renews annually.
Buy Individual License →Multiple coaches at one business, or use inside a program or gym. Renews annually.
Buy Team License →For athletes preparing their own races or hikes. No branded link needed.
Try UERA Free →Your branding is checked automatically when you save it (https website, a real image, no links or claims to have built the tool in your message). I may still remove a branded link, for example if it could mislead athletes about who built the tool.
Most coaches won’t need this form, because setup happens right after you buy. Use it if you have a Team License with several coaches, want a hand getting set up, or have a question before you buy. I’ll reply by email.
Email me before you apply and I’ll answer anything about licensing, branding, or how athletes use the tool.
