All,Thanks to any one who helped with my job search.  I have taken a contract position with Alcatel-Lucent as a Resident/Systems Engineer for the Everett school district.  I will be redesigning the whole network to support them well into the future.

All,

It has been a stressful last month I had to preform rescue breathing on my daughter and she was hospitalized and I lost my job the same day.  For any one that nows of a position for a Network Engineer please send me an email me at this link Jeff Cady. I have experience in Real time web application and network application IPTV, VoIP, HTTP, Video Conferencing.  

Our daughter is home now and doing great!  We thank all of you for your prayers and well wishes and thoughts.

Logan Potty

All,Logan has started potty training with only minor accidents he is now a big boy. Yea.

Workout

I have been getting a whole lot of requests from family and friends on what kind of workout the can do. So I have posted it up here. This is essentially the same work out that helped my mom loose around 4 pounds. So check it out and let me know what you think.
